This book describes the revolutionary capabilities of new shock fitt ing algorithms; a great improvement in computational fluid dynamics (CF D) for high-speed numerical simulations. Shock fitting methods provide a solution to the current difficulties and inaccuracies in shock-captur ing approaches.
