"The cases in the star chamber reach from Easter term, 1631, to Trin ity term , 1632 ; whilst those in the High commission court begin in Oc tober, 1631, and extend to June, 1632. Of the star chamber cases, those given in the pages from the beginning of the volume to page 111, as we ll as the High commission cases from page 181 to the end of 269, are ta ken from Harleian ms. 4130 ; whilst the remainder of the volume is take n from Rawlinson ms, A128, in the Bodleian library . - Pref .
