It excludes binding acts of gene ral application published in the 1st series. All originally appeared in the other official language editions of: Official journal of the Europ ean Coal and Steel Community (1952-1958); Official journal of the Europ ean Communities (1958-1967); Official journal of the European Communiti es : Legislation ('L') (1968-1972); and: Official Journal of the Europe an Communities : Communications and Information ('C') (1968-1972).
